I'm trying to add a game in RSEQ 202223, but it says that the game already exists. How could I fix this?

If it is the case that a second SF match is the same teams and within 24 hrs, you get that error. A workaround is to change the date of the first SF match to a day earlier, then add the second SF match, then go back and set the first one to it's correct date
