WHAY WE NEED PRE-ACTIVATION?
There might be some situations when you aren’t getting the desired results from the workouts, because your muscles aren’t pre-activated and hence, not functioning properly.
Muscle pre-activation exercises are extremely effective and don’t take much of your time, this will allow you to increase the potential strength of your muscles by 10-30%. You just need to give them a few minutes before starting your workout and you will achieve a better result. On the video are some of the most effective muscular pre-activation exercises that I recommend you try out before performing for main Exercises.
