No just kidding, but you can read this in the official rulebook from FIVB and I think they are using this i Poland as well, if they haven't created any special "polish-rules"
11.2.2.1 To touch the opponent's court with a foot (feet) is permitted, provided that some part of the
penetrating foot (feet) remains either in contact with or directly above the centre line;
11.2.2.2 To touch the opponent’s court with any part of the body above the feet is permitted provided
that it does not interfere with the opponent’s play

He's aloud to touch the other side with his hand as long as it's not disturbing the opposite team very much. It's a kinda new rule, but the foot rule is still the same so you can't step on the other side with your whole foot. Ignaczak did make a legal move :)
