except from the fact that, as raylight said, Russia is a team from the top of course polish people are happy after winning with Russia because of history. they controlled us for a long time in past and it's natural that finally we can notice that it's behind us. BUT i wouldn't say that we hate Russia and the most important goal to us is to win with them because of history. it's just small addition which media helped to create. did you notice that after winning with Germany (with who Poland also had bad relations) you won't hear that? why? because Russia is definitely better team. it's just polish mentality to remember all the hurts we had but it's not affecting to our relations with russian people.
to sum up - i don't say that this thing never happened but you exaggerate a little bit. it doesn't influence to our relations with this country, these are just empty words

Joachim7 - generally speaking: they talk about Jarosz game in Italy. Firstly he had bad ending in polish league and not so good matches in NT. Italian guys had big expectations after polish players like Świderski and Winiarski. During WL coach of Latina was speaking with Hector Soto and in Poland everybody were saying "great. now jarosz will be just a substitution" but finally Soto choosed another club but Troy Murphy came. American was in better situation because Jarosz came just few days before Serie A started. So coach decided to put him on bench so he would have time to get to know with team.
Then match after match Jarosz played better and in the end he is in starting six now.
In the end his coach said: Jarosz is more experienced and mature now. In this moment he is one of the best attackers in Serie A. He is more self-confident. On court he is a fighter, plays without any fear. Out of court he has good relations with team

how can i improve my game in defence and reception? i know it's all about how fast you move on court so what type of exercise i can do to be faster on my feet? it's not working on gym with muscles...

HCLT - you said you don't know who is he. you seems to be smart guy with some knowledge about volley so my question is : why do you judge him after few actions in ONE match?
