ok, more serious. in diving, there is no place for fear. you "hit yourself between legs" propably because you are not sure of what you are doing. use your forearms to flick the ball up and then fall down on your chest with using power from your hands with the total certainty that you can do it. and don't be scared. just go to the gym and train hard.
