Loko won yesterday in the first quarterfinal match against a strong opponent (Ural Ufa) with 3:2... I'm glad the guys could handle the pressure and did not give up after such a disaster.

RevanExtasis, he has no injuries. I guess he was not in the line-up, because 2 opposites were already chosen, Mikhaylov and Moroz. In the Russian Cup 2011 Moroz was incredible good, and he is the top-scorer in the League at the moment. I guess that's why Alekno wanted to work with him a little. In this particular game he had 15/19 successful attacks (79%). I hope in the WL2012 he will be our second opposite. About Mikhaylov I don't need to say anything. So this time no Michael...but its impossible to bring all the stars in 2 teams. :) We will see him and Lukas Divis, whom a wanted to see in this game too, in the Champions League at the 01.02 :). In the first set Lube played just much better defense, just at the end of the set our team managed some blocks and so the win, in the second it was even harder (32:30). In the third set for a long time Loko was stronger (and we lost ? ), in the fourth you had just too many serving mistakes, I guess that was the reason of the loss. But if I were you I would watch the match, so many rallies, and very impressive defense from Lube. ?

You're right Kk15, Savani should get the best spiker, I checked that too... he has both better attack % and effective % than Maxim...perhaps they took into account the older qualification matches?...In any case FIFB does the stats part better.

@kapitan according to the stats in this particular match both were equal (51 vs 52%). All-time Miljkovic is slightly better certainly...slightly)

Looks like Italy will be the first finalist for now.
