I repeat my comment from yesterday: Behave of Pliński, Kurek and Nawrocki was pathetic. One referrer’s mistake in the middle of the set wasn’t the reason of lost and they made so big deal because of it. Really sad that instead accept this lost and concentrate on next game they make so poor demonstrations. I’m ashamed of this situation.

So I can repeat that for me the most important is NT, but there is a question what for fans mean success? In club's volleyball the title of World Club Championship isn't any success for me, but f.e. I would more appreciate Skra's win in CL (but if they weren't organizer) than 3rd place of my NT at last ECH.

Congrats to Zenit. From all teams they deserved the most for this victory. They eliminated big Trento after perfect game and today didn't gave up even in the most difficult moments. In the end of tie-break Vermiglio showed why he's called great setter. Skra showed mental weakness in some moments and they made wrong tactic choices. So I don't think Zenit won because of more luck, but because this team was better. And agree with you about MVP for Alekno, he rocks?
Of course it was block's touch in the last action, but Skra had own chances before and now the refs mistakes coudn't be excuse. It was so close, but players should blame only themselves for lost.
Both teams made great show, it was beautiful final.

Funny thing is that she sometimes doesn't remember the simplest words, but always correctly use some very difficult, academic words, which I think many Poles even wouldn't know what they mean:)

About two challenges in one action: there was situation like that in some match. When the action was finished referee gave point to one team. Opponents asked for check net’s touch. Challenge showed there was net, so referee changed decision. Then first team said that earlier one of opposite’s player had crossed the line and they asked for check it. They were right if I remember well, so referee once again changed decision, because that mistake was made earlier than net’s touch.

So it explains why you put England on 5th place?

Challenge system is big help for referees and teams to calm down players and coaches, when they don’t agree with decision, it should be standard everywhere. But it still needs some improvements and I’m a little afraid how it will be look in FF. First of all for foreigner referees it will be first time with it. They will judge some matches in PlusLiga earlier but 1 or 2 it’s not enough I think. Second of all players need to know exactly what they want to check and what they can check (for example they can’t check block’s touch), they have 5 second to ask for challenge, so must make quick decision. In our league it has been for some time, but sometimes it’s really problematic, for example when both team ask for challenge in the same action. Knows referees they could lose control?
In last ff of women’s polish cup was challenge system (in league it’s not use) and players didn’t ask for it often, I think because they weren’t used to. And there was situation that one team wanted check net’s touch. Challenge showed that there wasn’t net but also showed other mistake. Referee saw it but must give point to the team, which made mistake. So it wasn’t fair but in accord with rules.
But maybe my faith in referee is to small and my predictions’re baseless. I hope it’s like that?

We're very happy! He is leading player in JW, especially now when Bartman is injured and Kubiak isn't in good shape. Łasko's probably the most exploited player in league and he already has problem with barque. To be honest I'm afraid that he could not hang on all season. Hope I'm wrong. He should get some rest but team needs him so he plays, respect for that.

More funnier that the action was that Wójtowicz had really fun for it:D

I don't know exactly why, but Kubiak in the game reminds me Dante, which btw is his volleyball idol. And some people pay to much attention on numbers, what in game like v-ball has no sense for me.

About Gulinelli fired I can say only - finally. Even people who don't know language could noticed that in the team wasn't good cooperation between him and players. I had that impression too every time I watch Cuneo. And Gribic as coach? Very interesting idea?
