Well, I read it 7 times, I mean your first comment here and still I kind of miss the link between the subject and your remark. The question is, did you read the subject seven times as well? No, off course not, you couldn't. You had to keep an eye on your electricity bill, right?

Got 4th in the Olympics and you think the world is yours now, or what? And guys just for the record: It's quite annoying to read in almost every post about bulgarian NT. I mean the topic here is, in case if it was too hard for you guys to actually read it, "Match between POLxBRA at the National Stadium in World League 2013". So how the hell did we land here on bulgarian NT/FIVB. I don't know whether you somewhere down there between tzatziki-land, Macedonia, Dark Waters and Dracula's cave are familiar with it, but we here in the cold & icy North say it quite often: "A shut mouth catches no flies" meaning "Speech is silver, silence is golden". Think it through. Oh, one more thing, guess what guys, it is not all about the user's ranking here or how frequent your comments are, it is still about what you have got to say. Consider this worth thinking about.

Despite almost all commentaries here, I think Kurek well deserved the award - even just for his stunning performance during the World League. Oh.. Wait, I can almost hear it comming: World League is not Olympics!!! Well, but it is still volleyball, isn't it? Or does the competition's name count more than the quality of the play itself?

@andyz: Maybe Kurek isn't yet the russian league's shining star he supposed to be, but considering the fact that this is his first time ever he plays for a foreign club and that the injuries eliminated him for several months right at the beggining of the season... well, in this case I can imagine that his self-confidence couldn't yet fully recover, but I believe he will spread out his wings soon.
"Kurek sucks in russian league" - oh come on, it is as if I would say "Puppy sucks" ( in both ways) after seeing him in World League Final and we both know it isn't true. "Kurek isn't a fighter due to his character" (cause this is what you meant?). I always thought in order to speak about someone's character you have to know him personally otherwise it would be just worthless gossiping, wouldn't it? And tell me, Kurek wasn't fighting enough in the World League or your selective amnesia simply doesn't allow you to? My advice: do not let it control you. So who hates whom & who's not being objective enough?

@raylight Poland is more in Central Europe than you can ever probably imagine and we certainly do not use Cyrillic alphabet. Yeah, civilised long before we existed and declined long before we even started to exist as well, if you wanna be that precise. But that is not the point. Now, please tell me, how the hell can you contract a security firm for several years, knowing that the company is nothing but a joke? I mean, placing, how many was it once again, 3-5 security guards for the whole match? You've got to be kidding me. And this is not for the first time, as far as I can remember bulgarian clubs have had already some problems and were ought to pay fine mulcts several times. And what concerns this "pastuchy"-thing. I'm totally on Bartman's side. He was right. Well, how on earth can you throw things at a visiting team. YOU ARE THE HOSTS, FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! Are you civilised as you put it so nicely or are we in 3rd world country? And yes, we do have hools in Poland, I mean just look at EURO 2012 Poland - Russia game or the inglorious match in Lithuania. To stay clear, they are scum. Still we do not throw things at the opponents in an ordinary volleyball game with an "ordinary" fans indoors, no matter how bad the referee was. So do not try to preach me about the Old Great Bulgaria, your great gift of literacy to the world or your civilisation because that will only put you in a bad light. Why? Beacuse looking back at these matches and even a few more I am asking myself right now what is left of this great culture you were writing about? To me: very less. Now, that's a pity, isn't it?
