The offense of has-been and the force of psychology in the rejuvenation of teams

To what can we attribute the unfortunate current tendency of the staffs to drastically replace experienced players (potentially aged) by youngers?

-Are they afraid of confronting themself to the contradiction of experience?

- Or is it due to the desire to build the next generation?

But how to consider succession without experience?

My hypothesis is that it would be more productive and intelligent to take over by agreeing to face the contradiction of more experienced players, even if it means fielding them as substitutes.

In short, a team would benefit from combining experience with contradiction and the strength of youth.

This is the principle of abnegation and sporting humility.
