@VolleyballKings yes, I suppose the glasses are for security..because of a condition unknown to us. And I wonder what that condition is. Because for the first time I see glasses like this.

@PierreFoucault i agree about the coach. Baldovin is doing great job but didn't achieve anything yet, so would take Tillie before him.

Concerning 2nd outside hitter - Bednorz was amazing this year, i chose him too. But now when I'm thinking about it again I would go with Osmany. He's had an amazing season, playin all the games on very top level, being the most important part of amazing Lube team and that's why I think it should be him and Leon the top outside hitters.

Very nice to see Patry back on the court, in a few weeks time he will be in his top form, ready for the playoffs, i think. Then Milano team might be a very dangerous one.

What's up with Saitta's glasses, can anyone tell me that please?

Stats showed that DeFalco had a great game, great attacking efficiency, I never thought he is as good attacker as he is showing this season. He's playing with very quick sets.

That guy is 37 years old and still jumps so high! Really nice to see him play so good.

Vs Tonček Štern*, not Tonec ?

@gryfny_bergmann Yep, agree, that one shocked me too. I can't imagine Mikhaylov outside of Russia. Though it would be nice to see him somewhere else.

This roumors section looks like we're gonna have a bombastic transfer window this year, guys!

That was quite a surprise for me. Really didn't think that weakened Milano would be able to win a set against Lube. As I could see they played in block extremely well, especially in the second set.

@Bob1988 Deroo will go, yes. But if they will succeed and build a team with Sokolov and Leon (+ Pankov, great setter), they will be the real fire power. It will be interesting though what Zenit will do next season. They will probably part ways with Ngapeth.

@Bob1988 yes, saw that one. Interesting! What do you think?

@Sherlock I, personally, would prefer to see him in Perugia  - making them much stronger contenders and making the semifinals more interestin… :)

Matt Anderson back from China to Perugia or Modena. If Perugia hires him, Superlega will be very very interesting, with Perugia having all the possibilities to win the trophy against Lube and Trento. If he chooses Modena, this could mean that Modena will return to it's spot amongst the top four, but still wouldn't have enough chances to win the trophy in my opinion.

@Sherlock very nice. Probably one of the best blockers of the championship too, right? ;)

@gryfny_bergmann okay, then probably nothing serious. Thanks for the info

@VolleyballExplained oops, didn't catch that.

Yes, you're right. That's really funny to me, because Leon's attacking skills are ridiculously good, and I cannot embrace the idea that he would be so unnefficient in zone 2 he wouldn't be used there. If he doesn't like zone 2, he should at least do it for the team. And I think he would do it for the team - so I guess it's all a part of Heynen tactical schemes. If you get Heynen on the podcast, please ask him that hehe ;)

Why doesn't Heynen rotates his recievers on the opposite? Or at least uses Leon as the opposite and Ter Horst on the other outside hitter? It seems to me that it would be more efficient to use Leon in zone 1 instead of Ter Horst. Definetively better efficiency in attack. I guess that ter Horst would do better if he was to attack in zone 4, as he has whole his career, while Leon would be with his attacking superiority efficient from the zone 1 as well. Thus Perugia would (possibly, maybe!) get another strong attacker in ter Horst, who has shown his attacking quality last year in Ravenna.

Why Heynen insists with Leon on the outside?

How is Matias Sanchez doing in France? Probably he is playing awesomely, toying with the opponents middle blockers. :) But main thing I want to know is, did he manage to make up for his small block with his great setting?

Tine Urnaut to Resovia, interesting. He definitely would be delighted to work with Guiliani and vice versa. What about Klemen Čebulj, will he stay in Resovia for the next season? Because he is showing good form as I have seen. And that, for me, would be very new to have two top Slovenian recievers on the same team.

Milano can't play without an opposite. It's hard to play with three outside hitters in the line-up. Doesn anyone know when is Patry returning? Anytime soon? Otherwise they will have a very hard time in the play-offs and I doubt they will achieve their goals…
