@Sherlock Yeah, it was a roller coaster! But I just love it how passionately Maribor play the game. They really play one for all and all for one.

If anyone wants to see the replay of the match, it's available here.

Maribor dethroned ACH after 16 years of their reign! Amazing match, amazing emotions. Vučićević with negative efficiency once more. Maribor with amazing feelings. Great job!

I was there, along with 3000 other Slovenians, we were eager to cheer and shout and be with our NT, but the guys who spoke on the microphones were interrupting all the time. It was way different way of cheering than it is in Slovenia or in any balkan country. It's so passionate where I come from…in France it was all more like watching a theatre play. That's how I saw it

@Sherlock isn't Grebennikov leaving Modena?

These are fiery news you are all posting, love those transfers! Urnaut playing with Toniutti will be just dope! Can't wait!

There's a lot of tectonic moves in Russia…Butko, Christenson, Volkov, Bogdan..Russian clubs are very active on the market

@gryfny_bergmann wow, interesting. Bednorz needed some time in Modena also to find his comfort zone. But then he was an absolute monster.

Christenson to Zenit! :o That's huge! They have also acquired Volkov and with Mikhaylov they have hell of a team. Does anybody how long is Bednorz's contract? He stays this year in Zenit, right?

"And now you've got three opposites on the bench and an outside hitter playing as an opposite." haha very good summary in one sentence of what is happening in Perugia.

Nice video, man!

@PierreFoucault @Volleybox I'm a bit late for that comment, but for 2 weeks now I've got the same video on the “Home” section, because there is not a lot of personalized stuff for me. I really don't like that feature, because it narrows down the contents one could see, but now sees only stuff that he knows about already…My opinion.

@PierreFoucault @Volleybox

There will be a live chat for each match.

I would love that thing, I actually already thought about it…it would be great to be able to comment with others about the stuff that is happening.

@Montas Okay, that's nice. So Leal basically just wants a lot of money. And Juantorena stays, right? That's a very likeable strategy, I think I like it. Juantorena, Yant and Lavia, nice trio (+Kovar, i guess). Not as strong as last year, but a lot of potential.

Do you maybe know anything about their coach? Are they keeping De Giorgi?

@AAA65 okay, thanks. In the case that Modena acquires Ngapeth and Leal than it really is better for him to go. But then I really don't see the point in Modena acquiring him this season - I guess the cheapest option still good enough (due to money problem last year). I kinda hoped Modena acquired him for the long run, to develop him and make him a top caliber player. Seems this was not the case though.

Does anyone know how is with their financial status? Back to normal, if they will bring over ngapeth, it seems…?

And of course, as soon as Lavia is improving, Lube is interested in him. Modena did a great job by bringing him and even though they struggled this year, he is slowly really improving in attack. I hope Modena keeps him and with him leading the team comes back on the winning tracks. If they keep him for the next year, they will have a great basis of the team.

Look in the comment section. Looks like there is gonna be a big change of the team in Lube. I don't know if I understood well but there's name of Blengini quite often. Does somebody know if Blengini will take over Lube again?

Also, I really don't understand why wouldn't players and the team management want to prolong the contract with the main players, I mean, they are the best in the world. Why let Leal go for example?

@gryfny_bergmann He definitely won't stay in Perugia…so maybe. But he is not having a good season right now. As far as I can see Petković is playing great in Skra, so why change it? :)

Jenia and Christenson are such a great duo! Jenia picks up so much balls in defense and Micah always knows best what to do with them in transition. It's lovely.

@PierreFoucault you are a bit biased. Yet, Rossard did bring Vibo to the top 5 which no one expected, so he should be included in the MVP conversation. I would say really wide look on the mvp debate we've got Leon, Nimir, Osmany & Leal, Rossard and Lagumdžija. But if we narrow it down I think we really have just the fight between Nimir and Leon. In which case I would take Leon.

Because Nimir has strong help in attack in Lucarelli, while Leon is really carrying Perugia's attack by himself. He is that super addition to the team of Perugia that can lead them to wins against the best.

Not a bold statement, something a lot of people would say, but in attack Leon really is the best in the world, guys. :)

@J.P. Amen to that! Exactly my thoughts.

We can clearly how superior is Lube in attack. I mean to have all three outside hitters averaging over 52% in attack, that's just crazy. They are so freaking good. It would be interesting to see their statistics in attack on perfect reception vs attack on the high ball. They must be like 70-80 % in perfect reception i think, if not even higher.
